Description of Paper Proposal

Each participant will be expected to present a paper (in English) on an aspect of the topic of this year’s Seminar. Papers must represent original research, must not have been published, and should attempt to place the detailed work in an Atlantic context whenever possible. Please explain in the space below the way in which your work relates to this year’s topic, the main materials used, and the primary conclusions. You may attach additional sheets if necessary, but please do not send offprints or other previously published materials.
