Complete 4 hours online NEO courses
Orientation to assigned units/areas
Review handouts and develop list of personal strengths/weakness, learning styles, and goals for first 6 weeks.

Schedule observations outside of program area, and with other disciplines (recreation therapy, music therapy, art therapy, social work, psychology, MHT) total 4 hours
Observe OT groups/assessments

Read at least 5 charts for clients in groups in your assigned area
Review frames of reference
