He works at Papa Johns and Jimmy Johns. He has already said that he will work with us again and do the same thing as last year. Ask him what he needs in return for assisting us this year from the regional tournament. Last year I believe wegave him tickets and some parking passes. Once you finalize what he needs let Tim Schlosser know and he will make sure that he gets it. Also remind him that the food will be paid for with 4th region funds. Coach Schlosser has written the check for the items in the past, and I believe that that will be the same thing. Food for the championship games will be donated by Roy’s BBQ. Givehim the following plan:

He works at Nabisco. Ask him what he needs in return for assisting us this year from the regionaltournament. Last year I believe we gave him tickets and some parking passes. (He should have the info on what we ordered last year)

4)Call Joe Hire- (779-6461)

He delivers FritoLay products. He made small deliveries throughout the week. Ask him if he needs tickets and parking passes for the tournament.

5)Call Houchins and/or IGA

Spoke to Alan Larsen (745-2930) who is the public relations director for Houchens Industries. They provided chips and salsa when we thought that Frito Lay would not be able to provide chips. They would be good to contact if Nabisco or Frito Lay could not provide products. Houchens also provided plates and napkins. Alan turned me over to Betsy Myers (331-0780) to fill the order.

6) Call Coca-Cola (563-4735). Contacts were Ricky Holstrum and Timmy Garrett

Let them know who you are and what you are doing. They will be paid for by the 4th Region Tournament, but ask them if they could donate some for us. According to Coach Schlosser ask them to provide 5 cases of Coke, 5 cases of Diet Coke, 5 cases of Sprite and 5 cases of water per order. Four orders were made during the eight day tournament. Four cases were returned for credit.

7) Call WKU Athletic Facilities Manager Les Forsythe (745-2903)

Contact at WKU to coordinate delivery of Coke and other products that may be delivered directly by the vendors. They provide drink carts and ice for the drinks.

* Prepare for approximately 75 individuals visiting the hospitality area each session. On nights when there are two games, drinks chips and cookies are provided at half time of each game and food (subs, pizza or barbeque) chips and cookies are provided between games.

* Mr. Rector who lives near WarrenEastHigh School supervises the operation of the hospitality room. He has provided oversight for several years. Verify with Coach Schlosser that he has been contacted.
