OVERALL ROLE OBJECTIVE:

To coordinate and manage activities in support of Operations within Almac Sciences to include Project Management and Engineering

JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management

1.  Organise client visits ensuring they proceed in a smooth and professional manner.

2.  Liaise with and respond to clients to all documentation requests

3.  Live link administrator for Project Management

4.  Invoicing support to analytical services business unit

5.  Arrange shipment of samples and external analysis

6.  Ordering of project related materials

7.  Co-ordination of weekly raw material meeting for Project Management

8.  Co-ordination of storage agreements and storage invoicing

9.  Provide support to Project Management team as and where required as requested by the Head of Project Management

Engineering

10. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the data transfer in an upgrade to the maintenance scheduling and resourcing software PEMAC.

11. Will work with a high degree of accuracy to reformat existing maintenance service routines into a format suitable for the newest version of the PEMAC software.

12. Work within Microsoft Excel to convert maintenance service routines to the new format.

13. Import maintenance routines from other sources such as Standard Operating Procedures into excel.

14. Work with Process Engineering and Maintenance Engineering to review maintenance routines.

15. Provide Administration support for Maintenance Engineering Department with respect to managing preventative maintenance and the spare parts system

GENERAL ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality / Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with cGMP and as detailed in relevant SOPs; inform your Manager of all incidents/occurrences which may affect integrity of product and project outcome; ensure all projects satisfy the regulatory requirements placed on Almac Sciences.

Experience Operating PEMAC / Application Form and Interview

Proven understanding of GMP
