Main contacts:Internal – All departments in organisation
External – participants on the Executive Educators programme, partner schools and academies, executive coaches, local authorities, training providers, venue suppliers, umbrella bodies, partner organisations.
Major objectives:To lead on the delivery of outstanding training opportunities and collaborate on the provision of support services for our Executive Educators programme.
Role requirements:5 days per week including some evening and weekend work, with time off in lieu given.
Responsibilities: As this is a new role this job description is subject to regular review and is not an exhaustive list of requirements.
- You will lead the effective delivery of our Executive Educators programme, including contributing to the content design, event planning, marketing, logistics, communications and evaluation.
- To lead on research into content for high quality training and network events.
- To ensure that those on the pilot have a clear understanding of the personalised support that is on offer to them. This will include ensuring you are sustaining positiveprofessional relationships with them that help you to understand the support they require within their roles.
- To collaborate pro-actively towards streamlined cross-programme provision to best support the organisation’s overall aims
- To provide current information to Communications team to help us market the current and future programmes
- To carry out routine established administrative processes
- Monitoring and following up registrations
- Ensuring timely sharing of tasks
- Keeping online groups up-to-date
- Monitoring programme inboxes
- As our programme grows you will need to be able to use critical judgement to find solutions to problems for which no standard procedure exists
- To provide detailed advice and guidance on defined processes and procedures to internal and external clients, using judgement to suggest the most appropriate course of action.
- To undertake financial administration processes and provide support to management with budget monitoring processes
Qualities and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities/qualifications:
- Graduate degree (2:2 or higher) or relevant related experience.
- Mission: a strong commitment to education, the non-profit sector and raising the aspirations, achievement and life chances of all children.
- Computer/IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Use of a CRM platform is also desirable but not essential (we use Salesforce).
- Able to work independently and proactively.

Previous experience:
Essential
