Our project M/Infinity Laboratories Private Limited at Village: Behra, Gulabgarh Behra Road, PO: Rampur Sainian,Tehsil: Derabassi, Distt: Mohali, Punjab was accorded environmental clearance by Ministry of Environment and forests, New Delhi on 01.06.2010 as per letter no. J-11011/33/2010-IA-II(I).As desired by you Please find below the progress report point wise.

  1. Due to certain unavoidable reasons and new 1st generation entrepreneur plus due to global recession the plant could not start production till December 2011. Following are the production figures from December onwards:

December 2011 = 750 kgs

January 2012 = 1060 kgs

February 2012 = 1200 kgs

March 2012 = 2000 kgs

April 2012 = 1050 kgs

  1. Company has installed following measures for air and water pollution control measures.

For Air pollution control:

  • 30 Meters height stack chimney both for boiler and Incinerator
  • Dust collector and cyclone filter in boiler.
  • Proper stack for DG Set.
  • Heat exchangers for all distillation reactors to avoid any vapor losses.
  • Filters in return duct of HVAC systems to avoid dust particle going out.

For Water Pollution control:

  • Full MEE Plant with Oil & Grease trap , Equalization tank(2.0 lacs lts), Clarifier, Tube settler are provided before MEE and concentrate residue are passed through sludge drying bed and filtrates got back to equalization tank and dried sludge is incinerated in incinerator.
  • Separate biological treatment plant for low TDS and domestic effluent with clarifier, tube settler, SAFF reactor, chlorine dosing system, Pressure sand filter and Activated carbon filter and collection tank from where it is pumped to cooling towers and gardening.
  1. In process the research is on to reduce consumption of water and recovery of maximum solvents towards waste minimization measures.
  2. Yes there is separate high TDS and low TDS Effluent lines
  1. ETP Photographs are enclosed in CD.
  1. Yes MEE has been commissioned and photos are attached in CD.
  1. Company has got approval for storage of solid and hazardous waste and photo of room is enclosed in CD and a copy of approval is attached.
  1. Company has membership of Nimbua Greenfield society at Nimbua, Derabassi and a copy is enclosed for reference.
  1. Company has planted around 500 trees of picus along side boundary wall and as erection work was there now company will plant more trees in coming months.
  1. Company has got both consents for water and Air for 6 months and now we have applied for renewal of the same to Punjab pollution control board.
  1. Company has got permission for running transformer, DG sets and HT cables for energy/power from chief electrical inspector, Punjab.
  1. All effluent lines, domestic sewage lines, recycle/reuse lines has already been installed.
  1. Company has installed new silent and green with very low smoke DG for backup power demand.
  1. All reactors, centrifuges, Driers, Agitated nutch filters, Multimills, blenders, sifters, Flame proof electrical fittings etc. are erected and commissioned.
  1. All types of Storage rooms like engineering goods storage, Raw material storage, FG storage, are complete.
  1. Lab instruments are being erected and will be completed by end June 2011.
  1. Incinerator has been installed and photograph is enclosed in CD.
  1. Environment Management cell has been developed with Mr. J K Saxena being in charge of the cell.
  1. Ambient air quality monitoring will be started from next month and data will be provided.
  1. Please find attached medical report of 2-3 employees as sample for your reference.(Medical report attached)
  1. Paid up capital of the industry as on date is 3.61 crores and 1.75 crores as share application money which will be allotted in due course of time.
  1. As the approach road is under municipal committee so no land is coming under forest conservation act 1980. NOC from PWD has been obtained for getting approach to factory from main road.
