Important Changes and Reminders for Partial Season Accounts

(41, 28, and 27 game plan)

·  Account Changes/Transfers: For Personal Accounts, the seats can only be transferred to an immediate family member by submitting a letter of authorization signed by the current Season Ticketholder of Record. Proof of family relation must accompany the letter. (Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, etc.) For Business Accounts, the seats cannot be transferred to an individual person or another company with the exception of mergers, buyouts, etc. All account changes or transfer requests will be reviewed by the Detroit Tigers and approved before any changes will be made. Payment by someone other than the Season Ticketholder of Record does not constitute ownership of the seats. Season Ticket account ownership may not be placed or transferred into a Trust. The Detroit Tigers reserve the right to make the final determination in the event of any dispute concerning who is the Season Ticketholder of Record. Partial Season package season locations are not guaranteed from season to season, however the Detroit Tigers will make every effort to allow partial season accounts the opportunity to renew the same seat locations whenever possible.

·  Postseason Ticket Opportunities: Each Partial Season account will be extended an online opportunity to purchase postseason tickets. The number of postseason tickets, number of games, and locations available for purchase will be determined following the postseason ticket opportunities extended to Full Season accounts. While complete postseason ticket strips are not guaranteed, the Detroit Tigers will make every effort to allow each Partial Season account the opportunity to purchase complete postseason ticket strips. Subsequent online opportunities to purchase additional postseason tickets may be offered, subject to availability. Following the last postseason game the Detroit Tigers participate in, Partial Season ticketholders will be emailed to determine if they wish to receive a refund for any unplayed postseason games. If no refund is requested, all funds from unplayed postseason games will be credited towards the following season’s renewal.

·  Address/Account Contact Changes: All requests for address changes must be made in writing to the Season Ticket Office only. This request must include the season ticket account number, old and new addresses, day and evening phone numbers, and an email address. Only the Season Ticketholder of Record is authorized to submit and address change for Personal Accounts. For Business Accounts, all changes must be presented on company letterhead by the Account Contact of Record or an authorized representative of the business. Please note, address changes made after a certain date may require tickets to be produced on non-commemorative ticket stock and picked up in person at the Comerica Park Box office.

·  Express Delivery: Season tickets paid in full will be delivered ONLY to the address listed on the season ticket account. Your season tickets will be sent out near the beginning of March. Season Tickets will only be printed on commemorative ticket stock if payment is received by the printed payment deadlines. Please be sure we have an email address on your account; an email notice is sent when your tickets are shipped. Important note, due to our method of delivery, we cannot ship tickets to a Post Office Box. The Season Ticket Holder of Record must provide the Season Ticket Office with a street address for delivery.

·  Unused Tickets: Season ticketholders are extended the opportunity to exchange unused tickets for tickets to select future games. There is a processing fee of $1 per ticket to participate in this program. The program is subject to availability and certain restrictions apply. Please visit Tigers.com for complete program details.

·  Stolen Tickets: If the original season tickets are stolen, the Season Ticketholder of Record or Account Contact of Record must notify the Season Tickets Office and present a police report. The police report must include the seat location(s) and game date(s). Replacements will not be issued without this information on the police report. Please note, a false claim of any stolen ticket is illegal, and can result in the revocation of your season tickets. Reprint fees are waived upon receipt of police report

·  Lost, Misplaced, or Destroyed Tickets: The Season Ticketholder Holder of Record or Account Contact of Record must call their Account Executive, or phone (313) 471-BALL, no later than two hours prior to the applicable game. Upon notification the ticket office will charge a $5 fee per ticket; this fee must be paid at the time of the reprint request. Replacements will then be placed at Will Call, available for pick-up no earlier than two hours prior to game time the day of the game. No reprinted tickets will be mailed. Once tickets are reprinted the original tickets, if found, will no longer be valid for entry into the park. If the original tickets are presented at the game, the individuals holding those tickets may be removed from the building.

·  Rain Check Tickets: Detailed information regarding the rainout policy can be found at www.detroittigers.com under the “Tickets” tab or printed on the back of any ticket.

·  Mobility Impaired Seating: Seating is available for our guests with mobility impairments in various seating categories throughout Comerica Park. Seating can be purchased at the Comerica Park box office windows or by phone at (866) 66-TIGER. Guests needing to exchange their tickets for mobility impaired seating can do so only on the day of the game at the customer service window. Please be aware these tickets are subject to availability and an additional charge for upgrades may apply. Guests with tickets that are unable to be exchanged at the box office will be directed to the main guest service office within the stadium behind section 132. The guest service office will have a limited number of tickets for exchange and should only be considered as a last resort.
