Graves County Fiscal Court met this day in a regular called meeting. Those present were Commissioners Todd Hayden, Tyler Goodman, and Richie Galloway.

Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Todd Hayden, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the minutes from the August 22, 2016 Regular Fiscal Court Meeting.
Motion made by Tyler Goodman, seconded by Richie Galloway, all members of the court present voting aye to approve a Resolution adopting and approving the execution of a County Road Aid Coop Program Contract between the Fiscal Court and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Transportation Cabinet.
Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye to approve a Resolution adopting and approving the execution of a Rural Secondary Program Agreement (Flex Funding) between the Fiscal Court and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Transportation Cabinet.
Motion made by Tyler Goodman, seconded by Richie Galloway, all members of the court present voting aye to advertise to rebid the Fuel.
Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Todd Hayden, all members of the court present voting aye to advertise for Ambulance Bid.
Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Richie Galloway, all members of the court present voting aye to surplus a 1992 Ford E350 VIN#1FBJS31H8NHA07778.
Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Todd Hayden, all members of the court present voting aye to surplus a 2002 Chevrolet C3500 VIN#1GBJC34UX2E197036.
Motion made by Tyler Goodman, seconded by Todd Hayden, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the claims as presented by the County Treasurer.
Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Richie Galloway, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the Graves County Fiscal Court August 2016 Financial Statement.
Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye to take MaryAnn’s Lane (off of Folks School Road) into the Graves County Road Maintenance Program.
Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Todd Hayden, all members of the court present voting that the regular meeting of the Graves County Fiscal Court be adjourned.
