ENROLLMENT RESOURCES FOR HOSPITAL COUNCIL MEMBERS AND CONSUMERS
Hospital Council of Western Pennsylvania is actively involved in enrolling individuals in the healthcare insurance marketplace and assisting member organizations with enrollment. Hospital Council is able to provide this assistance through a grant from the Centers for Medicare and Medical Assistance (CMS) as well as through funding from grants from the Jewish Healthcare Foundation and the Staunton Farm Foundation, both located in Pittsburgh.
Through this funding Hospital Council is able to offer direct assistance to consumers through a navigator, Katie Montgomery. In addition, Hospital Council is able to assist members with enrollment as well as community education.
To assist with enrollment efforts, Hospital Council has compiled a list of resources for navigators, certified application counselors and any member working with their community on enrollment. In addition, Hospital Council has compiled a list of resources for health care consumers.
For additional assistance or information on enrollment contact Pat Raffaele at or Katie Montgomery at .
