Remark: The concurrent talks held during the exhibition are from two perspectives:
1. The supplier perspective of high impact ways of reducing your energy usage as well as cutting edge technologies. What’s new and What’s impactful in terms of lighting, cooling, control and building management solutions as well as lifts, escalators, and solar hot water.
2. The implementation perspective from users of technologies and services, looking at challenges and solutions; efforts at retro-commissioning, use of specific contract types (e.g. Energy Performance Contracts), and use and installation of new technologies.

1. BEC reserves the right to change the exhibiting area and/ or amend the floor plan at a later stage.
2. Confirmation of the application is subject to the submission of a completed application form and settlement of full participation fee within 14 days after submitting this application form. If any applicant withdraws, for whatever reason, the fee paid will be forfeited.
3. BEC reserves the right to decline the application if it is later found that the applicant is not eligible to exhibit at the Expo. In such case, the participation fee will be refunded to the applicant without any liability whatsoever on the part of BEC.
4. All application for speaking at the Expo will undergo assessment by BEC who reserves the final right to make any selection decisions.
