1- don’t leave before YOU leave
a- from an early age they think that they will have to choose betw wk and fam; unlike men;once they have taken off time for fam, i=only 40 % come back
b- a lot of small decisions conditioned by this early way of thinking
→ a law associate will not get into partnership bec hopes for a fam
Va sales rep will opt for a smaller territory or refuse a management role
→→ without being aware of it , women stop reaching for new opportunities
They wld be in a very diff position once the baby arrives if had not leaned back !

2- success & likeability : positive for men but negative for wom ( less liked if successful !!)

A bias=prejudice / What are the advantages of leaning in ?
change the power structure of our world, expand opportunities
→fairer treatment with more female leadership
→need more men at home for children’s happiness and cognition abilities development
CONCLUSION / We should erase gender, be on equal footing.No more female or male leaders but LEADERS
