Until your company establishes a track record of selling movie tickets, we generally limit initial orders on consignment to 10 at a time. Subsequent orders may be larger. You may order pre-paid tickets in any quantity. We ask that you pay for tickets as you sell them and either return unsold tickets to the mBB every six months or less.

If ordering via e-mail, by entering my name above, I intend and consent to its use as an electronic signature, equivalent to my handwritten signature as provided under applicable federal and state law. This electronic signature shall only apply to these Terms and Conditions.

See the following for important information and restrictions
1. All consignment tickets are limited . New orders may not be filled unless previous orders have been paid (in full or partial).
2. Car wash and movie tickets offered on consignment should be returned every six months for credit or for accounts in good standing, you may notify the mBB office in writing of the status of ticket sales in lieu of returns (we suggest using e-mail).
3. If special event or summer seasonal tickets are not returned by date due, you may be charged for them. We have to settle with the theme parks and receive no refund or credit for tickets returned after the reconciliation due dates.
4. Photocopied, altered, or otherwise fraudulent tickets returned to mBB for attempted credit will be billed at full value to the returning company along with a penalty equal to 100% of the value of tickets returned.
5. All unsold tickets are due back by the specified due date and payment is due within 30 days of that same due date. Balances remaining after 60 days may be assessed a late fee of 1.5% monthly. Tickets are the property of mBB. You are the consignee. Bankruptcy does NOT discharge liability for these tickets which you are holding for the benefit of your employees.
I AGREE TO:
1. Accept responsibility for the value of all tickets including lost, stolen or otherwise unaccounted for tickets and including transport of tickets and payment. We suggest you utilize UPS or registered US mail with delivery confirmation to return unsold tickets.
2. Notify the mBB office immediately upon receipt of tickets.
3. Return unsold tickets before date noted above as required or I will purchase them. Tickets received after the specified return date or returnable only at the discretion of the issuing venue and/or the mBB office.
4. Pay for sold tickets before date noted above or be unable to participate in other events or order additional tickets.
5. The provisions established by the vendor.
I UNDERSTAND THE mBB MAY:
1. Adjust quantities based on inventory on hand.
2. Impose limits based on past history of our account.
3. Require certified check, cashier’s check or money order if previous history warrants.
4. Withhold our organization’s participation based on failure to meet the terms of this contract.
