How To Make FakeVomit

What You Need:

1 pkg unflavored gelatin applesauce kitchen utensils

powdered cocoa oatmeal

raisin bran cereal frying pan

Here's How:

1. Heat 1/4 cup of applesauce in the frying pan over low to medium heat.

2. Stir in 1 packet of unflavored gelatin.

3. Add a pinch or two of cocoa powder. Mix thoroughly and remove from heat.

4. Sprinkle oatmeal over the mixture into an aesthetically-pleasing chunky pattern. You can stir it in a bit, but don't mix too much.

5. Repeat the oatmeal procedure with some raisin bran cereal.

6. Spread the mixture onto a plate so that it resembles vomit, adding extra raisins or cereal bits, as desired.

7. Allow the vomit to cool completely (couple of hours). Remove it from the plate with a spatula.

Tips:

·  You may wish to spray your plate with nonstick cooking spray to keep the vomit from sticking.

·  Be creative: Consider using cottage cheese, salsa, vegetable soup, mashed potatoes, or other similarly chunky ingredients. Flour can be used to thicken the concoction, and mustard, ketchup, or chocolate syrup can be used for color.

Vomit Challenges:

1. Put the challenges below in order from lowest SUDS to highest SUDS.

2. Start with the easiest challenge, and engage in it multiple times per day.

3. Keep track of your pre and post SUDS each time you engage in the challenge. Try to stay with the challenge until your SUDS decreases to 20-30 before stopping.

4. After you’ve mastered one challenge (that is, when your SUDS does not rise above 20-25 at any time), you should move on to the next challenge. Repeat the process.

**Troubleshooting:

If your SUDS does not decrease to 20-30 while engaging in the challenge:

-  stay with it even longer.

-  engage in it more honestly (do not allow yourself to get distracted or cheat).

If your SUDS does not decrease to 20-25 after engaging in the challenge frequently over multiple days:

-  do the challenge more frequently.

-  split the challenge into multiple parts, engaging in each subpart as its own challenge.

-  go back to the last challenge you completed and do it a few more times until it does not produce a SUDS higher than 20.

______Make the fake vomit. Imagine that it truly is vomit. Talk about it as if it is real vomit.

______Leave the vomit on the plate or in a clear plastic bag in a place where you will see it frequently. Don’t avoid looking at it.

______Splatter the vomit in a realistic place (e.g., in the kitchen, near the toilet on the bathroom floor, on the sidewalk near your house) where you will see it frequently. Don’t avoid looking at it.

______Take the vomit with you in a clear plastic bag. But it in your purse or book bag. Look at the vomit multiple times per day. Imagine that it truly is vomit.

______Put your hands in the vomit. Observe its texture and smell. Imagine that it truly is vomit.

______Put some of the fake vomit on your face near your mouth, as if you have just thrown up. Observe its texture and smell. Imagine that it truly is vomit.

______Watch someone “throw up” by making gagging noises and splattering the vomit onto the floor or into the toilet, as if he/she is really vomiting.

______Pretend that you are “throwing up” the fake vomit, as above.
