1.0SCOPE OF THIS CORRIGENDUM

1.1This corrigendum is issued to incorporate revisions made in Cooling water pump Specifications. Details provided in this corrigendum shall override those mentioned in the specification TCE.6079A-B-610-024 dated 10-05-2010, Corrigendum 1 Dated 03/06/2011 & corrigendum 2 dated 20/06/2011.

1.2Except for details mentioned herein, all other details contained in the enquiry specification TCE.6079A-B-610-024 dated 10-05-2010, Corrigendum 1 Dated 03/06/2011 & corrigendum 2 dated 20/06/2011, shall remain unchanged.

2.0IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED

2.1Corrigendum No. 3 (Enquiry No. TCE.6079A-B-610-024 dated 10-05-2010) for Cooling water pumps is available at TCE’s /BPCL’s websites for bidders to download. Bidders who have not earlier responded to this enquiry may respond with an Expression of Interest (EOI) for this tender not later than 2.00 PM on 08-12-2011.

2.2Bid Submission due date for fresh bids: Up to 2.30 PM on 21-12-2011 at TCE’s Mumbai office for the vendors who have given EOI. Unpriced Bid Opening of fresh bids, if any, at 3.00 PM on 21-12-2011 at TCE’s Mumbai office.

2.3The bidders who had earlier submitted their bids against Enquiry No. TCE.6079A-B-610-024 on 10-05-2010 shall take note of changes in this corrigendum and convey their acceptance of the same and comply with the additional requirements indicated herein on or before 08-12-2011, 2.00 PM.

2.4Prices shall be firm and validity of offers of all bidders shall be till 08/03/2012
