Instructions:

Only one questionnaire is used, passed from student to student. The students either write a comment/response to a question or they put a line in the column next to it, if they agree.

Agreeing is marked by adding one single line to the right of the comment/response

Disagreeing is not marked.

The questionnaire is then circulated once more in the class so that all students have a chance to set a mark (or not) next to all comments.

One of the students counts the markings (in the right column) and places the completed questionnaire in an envelope. The teacher then gives this to the Head of the Study-Board.

For reasons of student anonymity, the teacher cannot be present while the questionnaire is being filled out when there are only few students in a class.

In larger classes the evaluation can take place during the teaching.
