  2. Focus on Designated Drivers: drink (soda) and food discounts – promote safety reduce liability.
  3. Have a beer tasting tray –a customer can sample X amount of beers at X price.
  4. Have someone stand outside during peak tourist season(s) and help encourage people to come downstairs.
  5. Get a business intern to help with marketing.
  6. Have a beer pairing section with the menu (which beers taste best with each menu item).
  7. New carpet.

Carvers

  1. Host a home brewing contest in order to promote other home brewers in and around Durango –you could work with the winner to sell his/her beer in Carver’s for a certain period of time.
  2. Reduce costs my initiating new rules for employee meals (seems to be a major cost per month). Try making one big staff meal (pasta, enchiladas, anything easy to mass produce) at the beginning of each shift time (breakfast, lunch dinner) or provide very specific items off the menu the staff can order. By doing so we think you could cut costs down a lot in this area.
  3. Sell some of your products in the liquor store in order to get your name out there more –it would be like advertising / Advertise the beer more.
  4. Move the Brewery to a more centrally located place that would allow for expansion
  5. Host special events or act as a venue instead of closing on Sundays.

Ska

  1. Advertise/promote the comic characters more (possibly at Comic Con).
  2. Amateur home brewing contest (we think you may already do this).
  3. Bottle and sell Skagua (and your whiskey).
  4. 40oz six packs.
  5. Motorcycle parking.
  6. Brew a lambic.

StoneAge

  1. Buy a private jet for expediting.
  2. Build a water park in town or commission a sculptor to work with your products.
  3. Work on military contracts (as Chinook does); for example, cleaning navy ships.
  4. Have a TV with video at the entrance – we want to see what the 40k psi tool will do to an old car!
  5. Have a separate warehouse in Denver or Memphis for basic products for ease of shipping.
  6. Provide discounted/rental demos to road crews removing concrete.
  7. Make shipping label very clear that final destination is valid to avoid the men in black.
  8. Hire a BA 368: Local Business student to work as sales rep. in Australia.
