Dear Parents/Carers,
Getting busy in Nursery (09.02.15 – 13.02.15)
So Much
The children have loved this story so much! They have thoroughly enjoyed joining in with the repeated phrases throughout the book. It is has encouraged many children to share about their family life at home and what they do with their families to celebrate. We encourage you to write about family celebrations in your Wow books next half term!
Welly Wednesday
This week during Welly Wednesday the children were focusing on working together as a team to push and pull each other in a range of carts. They had such a lot of fun working together to develop their team work skills! Next half term we really would like to see all children ready on a Wednesday with their wellies and indoor shoes. Many thanks to your ongoing support!
Parent Helpers Wanted!
We would really like to have some more parent volunteers in the nursery to support small group games or to read a story to the class. Please talk to Miss Tait to sign up for next half term, Thank you in advance!
Well done to the following children who had 100% attendance during Autumn Term in Nursery: Bilal, Reem, Avni, Shay and Joshua they all received a wonderful book to take home!
The Star of the Week this week is;
Holly and Apple Class Star of the week isAxareibecause she retold the whole story of So Much to the class with fantastic language and expression! Well done Axarei!
Cherry Class Star of the week is Aimee because she has been really kind when helping her friends all week and showing great listening and looking to help her during learning time. Well done Aimee!

Stay and Play Parents
After half term we encourage you to come and join in your child’s learning for the first Stay and Play session this half term. Mrs.Howe and Miss. D’Onofrio will teach you the new signs and song of the week.
