If you are interested in having a camp bank account set up for your son, please fill out this paper and return it in an envelope to the address below.
What is a camp bank account? This is a no cost and completely refundable way to ensure that your son’s spending money remains in safekeeping throughout the camp.
How does it work? Your son will have his own account and password. Anytime he needs something from the camp store (t-shirt, candy, hat, Gatorade, etc.) he simply goes to the camp store, tells the staff his name and password and the items are deducted from his account.
What are the advantages of pre-paying the camp bank? Your son’s account will be active the minute he steps into camp. Your son will never have the opportunity to lose his money during camp. You can avoid the line at check in to set up his account.
Are there any hidden catches? No, all the unused money will be completely returned via a check mailed back to the address on file.. There is No fee for using this service.
Do I need to set up an account? No, this is entirely your choice, but we seriously urge you to use this free service.
Who do I make the check payable to? Please make the check payable to MEADE LEADERSHIP LLC. Please note that this check must be separate from your enrollment check.
How much should I deposit? That is up to you. Typically, $50 will keep your son well lubricated in Gatorades and pizza for the week. If you want your son to buy some t-shirts or hats then you may want to add a little more. To use this service simply fill out the form below, enclose a separate check for your desired amount and return to the address below.
