1. The Promoter accepts that the current version of the MBC Rules and Regulations will be in effect and confirms that he or she abides by the rulings of the MBC President, the MBC Championship Committee and, in the event of protests, the MBC Executive Committee. He or she accepts the decisions of these executive entities are final and not to be contested in court.

2. The Promoter agrees to pay to the MBC a flat sanction fee of € (Euro) 800 for the title rights prior to the contest, but no later than at the day-before weigh-in of said contest.

3. The Promoter is responsible for the transportation of the MBC Officials (supervisor, referee, three scoring judges) from their homes to the place of the event, hotel rooms and meals of a decent standard for the duration of their stay at the site.

4. The Promoter accepts that non-compliance with the above, the MBC Rules & Regulations, or any ruling of MBC executive entities may result in the MBC withdrawing sanctioning approval. The Promoter adheres to confidentiality of the terms and conditions of the sanctioning application and approval.

5. The Promoter accepts that he or she, as well as both boxers competing for the MBC Championship are required to be registered members of MBC International.

The MBC International Championship is available for both Male and Female Boxers, the Male Championship bouts are over ten three minute rounds, whilst the Female Championship bouts are over eight two minute rounds

To keep the costs as reasonable as possible for promoters and boxers alike, for a limited period the MBC Championship sanctioning fees are inclusive of the Championship belt*, the only additional costs incurred for the sanctioning being the officials fees and their travel and accommodation expenses.

Whilst at least one official must be from another country or state, we encourage the use of some local commission officials whenever possible.

* This special offer, of the MBC Sanctioning fee being inclusive of Championship belt, will be available for all sanctions arranged prior to September 2015, after which the Championship belt will be at an additional cost of €600.

**Plus travel, accommodation and meals expenses.

PLEASE NOTE: that unlike many championships, the MBC take NO percentage of the boxers' purse and/or compensation received by the boxer for competing in an MBC International Championship bout, including but not limited to fees derived from Pay-Per-View, Cable or Satellite transmission, Television Broadcast or Internet distribution, including monies calculated and paid following the bout.

In addition, when a Champion is defending his or her title, the MBC will provide an additional Championship belt in the event that the challenger is victorious.
