Notes!
- All committee members have “committee” printed on the back of our shirts. We don’t bite and are there to help. So if you’re not sure where you need to be, what to do, or where something is, don’t hesitate to ask.
- We have limited day yards, however plenty of cross tie bays. If your horse will use a cross tie bay, please use these to free up yards for horses who will not tie. You are welcome to use yards on your float, however please don’t tie your horse to your float incase they get loose.
- Please clean up all your horses hay and manure from your area before you leave.
- At the corner of the warm up arena, we fence of a section for you to lunge your horse. Please be very mindful of other riders around you while lunging your horse. If any horse is showing distress by you lunging please stop immediately. Please keep lunging sessions to a max of 15 min if others are waiting, as the area is only big enough for 1 person at a time.
- The yellow sand arena is for warming up your horse before a lesson. Please be courteous to other riders in the warm up area. Pass riders left shoulder to left shoulder.
- Present yourself tacked up, mounted and ready for lessons on time.
- Feedback to improve our club is very welcome. If there is something you can think we can do better, or just want to tell us how awesome your day was, feel free to email our member liaison: Kelly Cracknell and we will do what we can to accommodate you. All confidential.
Uniform:The cupboard will be open for any uniform purchases. Our uniform is navy Jodhpurs, Magenup ARC white or navy polo shirt. We also have saddle blankets, hats, jumpers etc.available. As this is our second clinic all riders MUST be in club uniform of navy or white Magenup polo shirt.
If you’re a day member visiting our club please dress smart casual attire, or if you are from another club, you’re welcome to wear that clubs uniform.
Canteen:Our canteen will be open for food, drink and coffee/tea. Our canteen is a self-help canteen on honour system. Help yourself to food and drink, and put your money in the jar.
