Graves County Fiscal Court met this day in a regular called meeting. Those present were Commissioners Todd Hayden, Tyler Goodman, and Richie Galloway.

Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Todd Hayden, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the minutes from the May 22, 2017 meeting.

Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Richie Galloway, to approve the 2nd Reading and Adoption of an Ordinance Amending the WKT Development Area. Tyler Goodman abstained from the vote.

Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye to award the bid for in place chip and seal to J.H. Rudolph & Co., Inc..

Motion made by Tyler Goodman, seconded by Todd Hayden, all members of the court present voting aye to advertise for a new and/or preowned Type I Ambulance (s).

Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye to advertise to sell two sewer pipes.

Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the 1st Reading of an Ordinance Amending the Administrative Code.

Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye to appoint Mr. Jimmy Waid to the Symsonia Fire District, term being July 1, 2017 thru June 30, 2020.

Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Todd Hayden, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the claims as presented by the Graves County Treasurer.

Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Richie Galloway, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the Graves County Fiscal Court May 2017 Financial Statement.

Motion made by Tyler Goodman, seconded by Richie Galloway, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the Graves County Jail May 2017 Canteen Report.

Motion made by Tyler Goodman, seconded by Todd Hayden, all members of the court present voting ay that the regular meeting of the Graves County Fiscal Court be adjourned.
