Description: Truly impressive Turbo Twin Comanche. Fast and very fuel efficient as a result of design and virtually all speed mods. Very attractive opportunity with many new and/or refurbished items in the last 2-3 years. The aircraft will not disappoint even the most discriminating buyer. Airframe: Complete and continuous logs since new. Detailed and meticulous 2015, 2016 and just completed July 2017 annuals. All Ads complied with and current, to include 1000hr side brace, heater decay, gear shock cords, etc.. New tires, battery, ELT battery, Bracket Air Filters, PTFE flammable fluid lines, overhauled fuel selector valve, new turbo waste gate cables, numerous other upgrades & improvements all properly documented.

Wing-tip tanks for a total of 120 Gallons fuel, Airframe had a 2011 complete strip and custom designed paint by Scheme Designers in excellent condition. Really turns heads andreceives numerous compliments. 2011 grey leather interior in excellent condition, recent new carpet, headliner sound-proofing and instrument eyebrow panel.

Engines: IO-320 B1A engines overhauled by TRIAD. Left 1150 TSOH, Right 1050 TSOH, Engines have a historic record (including 7/17 annual) of cold compression readings all 75/80 or better from several different annual inspectors. Mags overhaul in 2015 to include 500 hour impulse coupling AD. New Alternator mod (replaced generators) installed in 2016. This is a factory Turbo Comanche with Ray Jay Turbos installed at time of manufacture and overhauled less than 200 hours ago. Note this installation has manual waste gates for ease of turbo management.

Props: Both props 980hrs since overhaul and in excellent condition with recent repaint & decals serviced and lubed at 7/17 annual. No Ads.

Modifications/Conversions:LoPrestispeed mods include: Nose Bowl Cowls, Gear Spats, Flap/Aileron/Elevator gaps seals, fuselage fairings, nacelle fairings, flap hinge fairings and hub caps. Larger oil coolers and crankcase oil separators. New Tenon PTFE hoses.

Avionics: Garmin GMA 340 Audio Panel (New 7/17), NAVCOM #1:Garmin GNS430 (factory Reman 7/17) with Garmin GI-106A Indicator (new 7-17), NAVCOM #2: King KX-155 with KI-204 indicator, Appareo Transponder with Stratus ESGI built-in WAAS GPS (New 10/16) (fully ADSB compliant system that provides ADSB in/out, traffic and free weather), Super Clock (new 7/17), JPI Engine Analyzer/Monitor, Shadin digital fuel flow.

Condition:Always hangered and meticulously maintained. Realistic assessment - Exterior: 9/10, Interior 8/10.
