- Meeting was called to order by Bill Weise certifying notification of meeting to CCPPOA home owners
- Treasury balances as of 1-7-02 = $41,423.01 [$9423.01 checking acct.; $32,000 savings acct.]
- Reading of November 2001 minutes waived
- Official turnover from Outgoing board to Incoming board
- Kimberly Campbell nominated as CCPPOA board president by Collin Schmidt,2nd by Jim Burkett. Unanimously approved by newly elected board

- Authorize President ,Vice President and Treasurer of CCPPOA Board to sign checks , but only two[2] signatures required per check

- Newsletter; bi-monthly/ June Bradford
- New Treasurers report; Debbie West; Assistant Treasurer Jim Beck introduced along with his financial credentials. Detailed Treasurers report on CCPPOA web page and @ board meetings.
- Need to amend 2002 budget for beautification of subdivision marquees of$3000.00, and cul-d-sacs money allotments. Motion made by Fred Stella, 2nd by Collin Schmidt, approved unanimously by board.
- Plantation Improvements; AGL Violations need to be addressed and corrected. Violation fee schedule to be established. Notification by AGL Board of violations, allowing time for violation to be corrected. If AGL violations not corrected legal steps would be required. If violations continue to exist, possibly an AGL Code property management group would be hired. Possible cost could be $25,000-$28,000 per year.
- Old Business: Chris Tondi reported efforts for improving pedestrian safety along Tiger Creek Pkwy. Fred Stella also has been in contact with St.Johns County trying to get walkways painted & designated across Tiger Creek Pkwy. along with flashing lights,similar to Roberts Rd., during specific times before and after school.
Green Fence: Fence committee will report at March meeting
- New Business; Amend section 7 of by-laws . Bill Weise said he will type up a letter and have it notarized, regarding his conversations with Randy Towers , and legal attempts to obtain documentation regarding Randy Towers letter of resignation from the board. Bill Weise has also stated that as per minutes of the summer of 1999 Homeowners meeting, Randy Towers officially resigned. Bill also said the he will try to get a copy of the letter from Randy Towers attorney regarding Randy’s his resignation .
- Open Floor; Fred Stella shared a way to fund the association with extra money by using .We can collecting a 5% rebate on long distance phone service as a way to keep association dues stable and at the same time raise money for CCPPOA expenses. More information will be presented at the March meeting.
Place signs that read -Deed Restricted Community –at the entry of each subdivision marquee.
Dog waste along Tiger Creek Pkwy. Please clean up after your dog! It has been observed that dog waste has been discarded in the storm drains along the Pkwy. as well directly into our retention ponds!!!
CCPPOA by-laws will be posted on the web site
JEA will be new water provider for 2002. We need to get special rates for sprinklers in common areas in order to keep watering costs reasonable.
March 4,2002 was set for the next Board meeting, to be held @ Celebration Lutheran Church, 810 Roberts Rd
Recognition was given to out going board , subdivision representatives and assistants for all their work over the past year.
