OLD MUTUAL WEALTH KIDS FIRST CHAMPIONS NOMINATIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Full Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter is Old Mutual Wealth of Old Mutual House, Portland Terrace, Southampton, SO14 7EJ, and these are the Terms and Conditions on which the Promoter is offering the promotion to you.
2. This promotion is only open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over.
3. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of this promotion. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.
4. In entering the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the promotion.
5. Only one entry per person will be permitted into the overall prize nomination pool throughout the Promotional Period.
6. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
7. If any group of people elects to collaborate on an entry, they are required to designate one person as the agent of the group to enter the promotion, agree to these Terms and Conditions and accept the Prize on behalf of the group.
8. To Enter: Entrant must complete the electronic form here. Entrant must enter their name, email address, telephone number, school / club name, Champion nomination and reason for the Champion nomination during the Promotional Period.
9. The Prize(s) – A total of 6 schools / clubs will be chosen as winners and identified as Old Mutual Wealth Kids Champions. Each winning school / club Champion Prize includes the opportunity to:
i. host a filming day at their school/ club with a rugby legend; and
ii. attend the Old Mutual Wealth Kids First Pitch Day 2018
10. Further Prize Details and Conditions
Filming day with a rugby legend
· Filming will occur once monthly from September 2017 – April 2018.
· Each winning school / club will be invited to host one filming day, at a date to be confirmed, between September 2017 and April 2018.
· Old Mutual Wealth will produce a content film profiling the school/ club and their rugby provision of Old Mutual Wealth Kids First.
· This film will be distributed on Old Mutual Wealth and England Rugby social media channels.
· To participate in the filming day, winners will be required to sign a filming waiver form
· Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and attending individuals whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude winners and/or individuals from participation in or attendance to the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or the winners and/or individuals act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.
Old Mutual Wealth Kids First Pitch Day 2018
· Each of the 6 winning schools/clubs will be invited to take part in the Old Mutual Wealth Kids First Pitch Day at Twickenham Stadium on Monday 28 May 2018.

· Winners must be available to take part in the Prize on Monday 28 May 2018 – no alternative dates are available.
11. Winner Selection:
· All entries received within the Promotional Period will be entered into a prize nomination pool for a chance to win the ‘Prize’.
· Entries will be reviewed by a selection panel board against the following criteria:
i. creating a great rugby environment,
ii. upskilling coaches,
iii. retaining/ growing participation.
· The six winning schools / clubs will be selected by the panel during the following Champion panel selection meetings:
- w/c 2nd October 2017 (November, December & January Champions selected);
- w/c 27th November 2017 (February and March Champions selected); and
- w/c 29 January 2018 (April Champion selected).
12. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email or telephone using the contact details provided by the winner within 3 days of the Champion panel selection meeting. The winners will be required to respond within 72 hours confirming their acceptance of the Prize. In the event that any or all of the winners do not respond to communications within this period or if the Prize is declined, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and nominate and award the Prize to a reserve winner.
13. Moderation: The Promoter will reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
· contain any content that is offensive or could reflect negatively on the name, reputation, or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
· include trademarks, logos, or copyright material not owned by you or used without the rights owner's prior written permission (including famous names, company names, etc.);
· defame, misrepresent, or insult other people or companies, including, but not limited to the Promoter (including its partners); and
· promote any political agenda.
14. If a previously confirmed winner for a Prize contacts the Promoter outside of the winner communication timeframe (as stipulated in clause 13), to then decline their Prize the Promoter reserves the right to cancel that Prize.
15. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify entries deemed to be non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to or disqualify any entrant whose conduct may be unlawful or otherwise bring the Promotion into disrepute.In the event of such disqualification the Promoter may award the applicable Prize to another entrant.
16. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries.Any incorrect information provided will render the entry void.
18. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. In the event for any reason a prize winner does not take an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by that winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the Prize. However, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
19. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
20. If for any reason the event is not capable of running as planned, such as cancellation or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the running or conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel the Prizes and not be required to reimburse any incurred expenses by a winner as a result of winning or accepting the Prize.
21. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
22. By entering the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by the Promoter or its agents and supplier to administer the promotion. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose.
23. The Personal details of the winners will be shared with Old Mutual Wealth’s agency, Essentially Sports Marketing, for the sole purpose of contacting the winners on behalf of the Promoter.
24. The winners shall, at the Promoter’s request, participate in reasonable promotional activity surrounding the winning of the Prize, for no further consideration, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and images in promotional material, which includes social media.
25. The name and region of each of the winners will be available by writing to the Promoter at Old Mutual Wealth, Old Mutual House, Portland Terrace, Southampton SO14 7EJ for up to 6 weeks from the time of the winner selection.
26. By entering this promotion you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
27. This promotion and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
