WEDDING FEES
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $150
This deposit is required for all weddings and vow renewals at Kingsland. The money will be deposited (no checks will be held). The deposit is refundable within 30 days following the ceremony under the following conditions:
A. You do not cancel your wedding. Cancelation will forfeit deposit fee.
B. Kingsland Baptist Church wedding policies are followed.
C. There is no cause for excessive clean-up following the wedding or reception.
D. No damages have occurred to the premises.
E. Reserved beginning and ending times have been respected.
WEDDING:

Wedding Coordinator $250
Sound/Light Technician $100
Maintenance Fees $200
Preparing for Marriage Program $60 -$150
(depending on which option the couple choose in the program)
Your Minister’s Gratuity $200- $300
We offer this as a suggestion concerning the amount you may pay your minister, but this is strictly a suggestion. This is NOT an amount owed. We ask that you bring the minister’s gratuity in an envelope the night of your rehearsal and give it to your Coordinator who will present it to the minister on the day of the wedding.

MUSIC FEES:
The following are suggested amounts only. Independent musicians will stipulate their fees, if different from fees listed below.
Pianist/Keyboardist for Wedding Only $100
Pianist/Keyboardist for Wedding and Rehearsal $125
Soloist for Wedding Only $100
Soloist for Wedding and Rehearsal $125
OTHER CONTRACTORS:
All other contractors such as your florist, photographer, videographer, and caterer will discuss fees directly with you. Their fees will NOT be reflected in your personalized statement.

INFORMAL ROTUNDA OR GARDEN WEDDINGS OR VOW RENEWALS
For couples who wish to have an informal wedding or vow renewal we offer the Rotunda or Garden for your ceremony. We will set up to 25 chairs in this area. This will be the only set up provided or allowed.
FEES:
· The $150 deposit is required
· Preparing for Marriage Program is required for all weddings at Kingsland Baptist Church
· Your Ministers’ Gratuity – see suggested amount listed above
· Receptions will have the same fee as listed above
