Enrolment Information for 2017-18

We are a non-selective Chinese community school started in 1978. We run classes from Reception to GCSE/A Level for children age 4+. The minimum age is 4 by 1st September 2016. Classes are age and ability base. Maximum class size is 20.

Subject to demand, two adult classes will be running, beginner (HSK 1) and intermediate (HSK 2).

School hours are 9:15 – 11.30 with a 5 minutes break from 10:10. GCSE class run for an extra hour until 12:30. There is also a Kung Fu class which runs after school to around 12:30.

Enrolment for 2017-18 starts on Saturday24 June 2017 for new students, for existing students and siblings will be sending email and renew their places. Admission to the school is on a first come first serve basis. School fee is to be paid in advance for the whole year.

The fee for year 2017-18are as follows:

*Text Books & External Examination fees (if wish to take external examinations, such as YCT, HSK, GCSE, IGCSE, AS level, A-levels) are not included in the school fees.

* More details of syllabus and fee of GCSE will be given before course started.

For New Students

To enroll with us, please register online using the following link and pay via bank transfer. Once payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email that a place has been reserved within a week. To complete the enrolment, you will need to bring the following documents to our office for verifivation:

  1. Register using the online form
  2. Passport sized photo –you can print it yourself.
  3. Proof of identity – one document for verification e.g. passport, birth certificate, driving license.
  4. Proof of address – one document for verification e.g. bank statement(last 3 months), utility bill(last 3 months), council tax bill, driving license.

For Existing Students

To enroll with us for the coming year, you will receive an enrolment email. Please reply if any personal details has changed or if you want to withdraw. To enroll for next year,

-pay the school fee by online banking within 2 weeks of the enrollment email.

-bring with you a photo, proof of id and address documents if you have not already done so

作为一个非营利公益组织的周末中文学校，依岭中文学校已经有卅多年历史。

学校班级设定：幼儿，小学，中学GCSE， A-LEVEL， 和成人班 （按照需要安排初级HSK1和中级班 HSK2）， 功夫班

班级招生人数：8-20 人

招收学生年龄：幼儿从4岁起 （最低年龄要求在2016年9月满4岁）。

中文课上课时间：每个周六 9.15-11.30，GCSE班加一小时9.30-12.30

课间休息：5-10分钟，每个班不同，10.10-10.30之间

功夫班上课时间：每个周六 11.30-12.30

招生日期：从2017年6月24日9.30 起。

由于名额有限，先到先得，每个周六报满为止。

全年学费，全年三个学期一次付清为：

说明：1不包括书本和校外考试费，例如汉办的汉语考试，其他考试局的中考，高考费

2GCSE 课程和费用的详细信息将会在学生入学前给予各个学生。

新生报名：

  1. 请打开以下链接，填好网上表格，
  2. 交付全年学费学费。
  3. 来学校办公室家长签署。
  4. 学生近期照片
  5. 出生日期证明：例如护照或者出生证
  6. 居住地址证明：最近三个月银行对账单，水电煤气账单

在校学生报名：

1．学生登记将由邮件发给各个家长，如果地址和其他情况有改动，请回邮通知学校。

2．如果想退学, 请回邮通知学校。

3．学费一次付清，请用网上银行，办公室没有信用卡装置。

4．请及时报名，以免班级满员。
