  1. Open the Excel Specialist Review file from the Shared folder. Enable the links.
  2. Create a Custom View that shows the worksheet at 150%.

  11. Copy and paste the entire file, Phone Sales, to the blank worksheet

  13. Change the tab color to Orange Accent 6.
  14. Add the Sales Totals from the On-Line, Phone, In-store and Mail worksheets to the Consolidated worksheet.
  15. Modify the Normal Cell Style to use Times New Roman bold as the font.
  16. Edit the comment attached to cell A6 to read: Identify the city with the highest net sales.
  17. Add a solid green conditional data bar to the Net Sales data (cells B6:G6).

  24. In one step, reverse the direction of the SmartArt so that Washington and Boston appear on the right and Cincinnati and Atlanta appear on the left.

  27. Update the cell range CITIES to include Atlanta in the range.
  28. Use the format painter to copy the format of cell B3 to cells C3:G3.
  29. Chart worksheet.
  30. Scale the chart to exactly 73% of its current height and width.
  31. In one step, change the chart type so that the chart shows only a title, axis titles and no gridlines.

  2. Sort the table in ascending order first by the state and then by the city.
  3. Filter the table to show those only those suppliers with organic protein and dairy.
  4. Format the table so that cells A1:G3 repeat at the top of every printed page.
  5. Split the worksheet horizontally. Remove the split.
  6. Copy cells A5:G25 and paste them below the current list of suppliers (cell A26).
  7. Freeze the table headings so that rows 1-3 are visible as you scroll down the table.
  8. Use an existing range name in a formula that counts the number of suppliers from Texas.
  9. Save the entire workbook as a PDF with the filename I am ready for the exam. (You should have 13 pages in the PDF file.
