- Open the Excel Specialist Review file from the Shared folder. Enable the links.
- Create a Custom View that shows the worksheet at 150%.
- Consolidated worksheet.
- Format the product picture
- Apply the Glow Diffused Artistic Effect
- Add a Soft Edge Rectangle Picture style
- Format the store picture
- Edit the hyperlink so that it jumps to the In-Store worksheet.
- Soften the picture by 50%.
- Insert a blank worksheet between the Online and In-Store Tabs.
- Copy and paste the entire file, Phone Sales, to the blank worksheet
- Name the worksheet Phone
- Change the tab color to Orange Accent 6.
- Add the Sales Totals from the On-Line, Phone, In-store and Mail worksheets to the Consolidated worksheet.
- Modify the Normal Cell Style to use Times New Roman bold as the font.
- Edit the comment attached to cell A6 to read: Identify the city with the highest net sales.
- Add a solid green conditional data bar to the Net Sales data (cells B6:G6).

- In one step, delete the comments in columns C and Donly.
- Insert a Basic Block List SmartArt graphic below the data.
- Enter the name of the four cities in the boxes.
- Apply the White Outline SmartArt style.
- Change the color of the graphic to Colorful – Accent Colors.
- In one step, reverse the direction of the SmartArt so that Washington and Boston appear on the right and Cincinnati and Atlanta appear on the left.
- Mail worksheet.
- Remove the picture background.
- Update the cell range CITIES to include Atlanta in the range.
- Use the format painter to copy the format of cell B3 to cells C3:G3.
- Chart worksheet.
- Scale the chart to exactly 73% of its current height and width.
- In one step, change the chart type so that the chart shows only a title, axis titles and no gridlines.
- Suppliers worksheet
- Sort the table in ascending order first by the state and then by the city.
- Filter the table to show those only those suppliers with organic protein and dairy.
- Format the table so that cells A1:G3 repeat at the top of every printed page.
- Split the worksheet horizontally. Remove the split.
- Copy cells A5:G25 and paste them below the current list of suppliers (cell A26).
- Freeze the table headings so that rows 1-3 are visible as you scroll down the table.
- Use an existing range name in a formula that counts the number of suppliers from Texas.
- Save the entire workbook as a PDF with the filename I am ready for the exam. (You should have 13 pages in the PDF file.
