Tentative booking approach:
(when someone is giving you the runaround on nailing down a date/time) After booked I go right into coaching this just like a regular party, I never question the date unless I hear differently. Most hold.
Ok, well let’s just pick a tentative date that we think could work now and when we touch base in a couple of days if we need to slide it one way or the other for your schedule or so more of your friends can come we’ll do that! It typically works better to pick the date and then check with your friends! What might be best, weeknights or weekends? (go into regular booking dialogue, above)
