Elluminate UF Recorded Sessions
To view UF’s recorded sessions, go to http://elm.elluminate.com/UniversityofFlorida/ or http://tinyurl.com/3mrax2
Click on the Recordings tab at the top, then to see more than today’s recordings, you must click on a link below the calendar:
This Week displays all UF recordings in the current week (on a Sunday = only today’s), 10 per screen
This Month displays all UF recordings since the 1st of the current month, 10 per screen
This Year displays all UF recordings since January 1, 10 per screen
Click on the “Recording Name” heading to sort recordings in name order. As long as we name our Meetings starting with 4-H when we schedule them (the Recording gets the Meeting name) they will sort to the top of the first page. Use the recording date to differentiate among recorded meetings with the same name.
Before you leave a session you are recording, Copy the full link to a session from your Internet Explorer Address Bar[ R-click, pick copy], go to http://tinyurl.com to make a short version of the link. For example,
http://elm.elluminate.com/UniversityOfFlorida/recordings.html?s=1199163600000&e=1230785999999&sort_column=name&change_direction=false&page=0 is the complete link to the UF Elluminate Recordings list , copied from the Internet Explorer address bar. If the full link is pasted into your address bar, it should bring up the same page, already sorted with 4-H at the top. Since long links in emails get broken, give it a tinyurl.
Go to http://tinyurl.com/ website and paste the long web address, click to convert it into a much shorter one to share with your users. http://tinyurl.com/3mrax2
