HELLO ALL VIZSLA FRIENDS.
INVITATION TO THE 13TH MAGYAR VIZSLA EUROPE CUP, IN DENMARK
25 --- 28 / 8 2011 IN THE VICINITY OF NAESTVED / SEALAND.
Denmark entered for the first time the competition in 2010, in France, it was held in a friendly and sporting spirit. We had a fantastic time in France last year and got a lot of new Vizsla – Friends. We hope, that we will be able to match the quality of the competition in France, this year.
It will be an International Competition, with the possibility of acquiring a CACIT, on each day of the Field Trial. The Judges will be able to award the CACIT, if a dog and its conductor performs sufficient. Provided that the DanskKennelKlub ( Danish Kennel Club ) will grant the CACIT.
The Field Trial will be run in SOLO. There will be no individual competition, only National Team competition but THE BEST INDIVIDUAL DOGS ( champion / vice-- ) for smooth and wire haired are chosen during the Team Competition. A National Team consist of 1 – 5 dogs: short / wire-haired or a mix of both.
Entry fee : 100 Euro per dog. Included, besides a lot of New Vizsla Friends, is lunch on the 3 days of competition and Dinner on the 28th, after Final Results and Prize Awarding.
Entry deadline is the 24 / 7 – 2011 .
Participation restrictions : The dogs must have a studbook recognized by FCI.
We will allow National Teams from countries who don`t have a tradition for Field Trial.
The rules for the Field Trial is the General Regulations and Chapter IV in the attached FCI - rules.
The competition consist of: 1. First day : Field -Trial, 2. Second day : Conformation Test ( to confirm that your dog has some resemblance to a Vizsla ) , Water Retrive ( duck ) and Captains Meeting, 3. Third day : Field – Trial, Final results and Dinner. Game birds counting in the competition : Pheasant and Partridge. Due to Danish hunting regulations, they are not killed, but the Judge will fire a gunshot, if the Point and situation is OK and it will be followed by a cold retrieve ( Pheasant ). The competition terrains will maily be sugarbeets and stubble field.
Each National Team, has to appoint a Team Captain, who will be responsible for the communication between the Team and the arranging committee, and within the Team.
The Team Captains will attain the Captains Meeting, allowing the participating nations to come up with their opinions and wishes for the future rules of the Vizsla E C .
Meeting point and time : Rønnebæksholm , Rønnebæksholm 1 , 4700 Naestved the 25 / 8 at 17:45, where we are going to make the group division and determine the running order by lot. This will be followed by a Dinner at the Estate. Price 25 euro.

It will be the same room whether 1 person or 5 persons, hence if you are able to bunk together it will obviously be cheaper per person. It is possible to book online, however, if online booking it is imperative that you send a mail informing that you bring dogs in the room as some of the rooms are not allowing dogs.
If you bring dogs in the room, a one-time fee of Dkr 50.- for additional cleaning is charged.
Breakfast is Dkr 60.- per person.
The last day Sunday the 28th of August, check out is at 10.00 hours, otherwise an additional day is charged.

Requirements to get a dog in and out of Denmark: European Pet Passport, Microchip (New E U rules from 3 / 7 –2011 ), Rabies vaccination 21 days before entry, and personally accompanied.
