Salary scale: NJC SO2 point 32-34
Salary: £28,485-£30,153 (from 1st April 2017)

The Wellbeing service offers a range of services, including, peer support group work, counselling and individual support, to enable people who are experience difficulties with their mental health develop the skills, confidence and tool to better mange their mental health.
The Team Leader will be responsible for:-
· The line management of staff who deliver a range of services including Keyworking, Self-directed support (SDS) and Social Prescribing (PEP -Patient Empowerment Project).
· Tenancy management of two shared houses in line with the lease agreement.
· Development of the service, in collaboration with peer support team leader and service manager, including volunteer-led support.
· Co-ordination and delivery of peer-led training for the Wellbeing service.
