We are very excited aboutLane College Homecoming 2016 and, as always, we are grateful for your continued support! We are always thankful for your comments and kind words, for your emails, your wisdom, challenges,insight, and trust. We arefilled with appreciation for all you aspire to do for Lane Collegeand for Homecoming 2016!
This year we will continue to implement the new rules and regulations regarding tailgating and vending. Therefore, I ask that you carefullyread the information below as it relates to vendors and tailgating for everyone who wishes to set up during Homecoming 2016. There will be a $200 per spot registration fee in order to support our students. We are asking that all fees be paid by Sept. 23, 2016.
We are so blessed to have you as a donor. Thank you for investing in Lane College. Your generous gift will go to good use, and we’ll update you throughout the year with program announcements and special events information.

RIGHTS OF REFUSAL:
Lane College reserves the right to refuse vendors the right to sell goods and/or services if the goods/services are deemed inappropriate.The use of the name Lane College is prohibited unless you are a licensed vendor. Those using the name Lane College without the proper licensure will be fined and asked to leave the premises.

WARNING, WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND
RELEASE OF LIABILITY DATE: ______
In consideration of participating in the LaneCollege Homecoming Celebrationwhich shall begin on Monday, October 2, 2016 @8:00a.m.and end on SATURDAY, Oct. 82016at 9:00 p.m. I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for death, personal injury or property damage which I may have, or which hereafter accrue to me, against Lane College as a result of my voluntary participation in this Homecoming celebration.
This release is intended to discharge the College, its trustees, officers, employees, volunteers, and any public agencies from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in the homecoming celebration. I further understand that accidents and injuries can arise out of the event; knowing the risks, nevertheless, I hereby agree to assume those risks and to release and to hold harmless all of the persons or agencies mentioned above who might otherwise be liable to me (or my heirs or assigns) for any loss or damages.
It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns. It is the intention of the parties hereto that the provision of this paragraph be interpreted to impose on each party responsibility for their own negligence.
I acknowledge that I have been fully informed of the risks and dangers involved in this event. I acknowledge that I have read, agree, and fully understand the above Warning, Waiver, Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability.
I further acknowledge and agree that the reasons for my being requested to sign this Release have been fully explained to me and I understand them. I am signing this Release of my own free will and I have not been influenced or coerced by any representative or employee of Lane College.
