  • Welcome back and welcome to our new delegates! Introduced new delegates and new advisor Todd Jenkins.
  • Welcome Todd Jenkins, our new Panhellenic Association advisor
  • RSO Registration delayed until 8/30/2010. If you are a RSO as the end of last year, you are still in good standing
  • Homecoming is Oct. 11-17, pairings will come in future meetings, register for parade at nominate an outstanding Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student for Homecoming court at We are still unsure whether or not we will be paring with fraternities or sororities.
  • Constitution and By-Laws revisions will be coming up within the next two meetings, think about any changes you would like to see so we can incorporate them in the changes. One will be presented today regarding slating.

  • Panhellenic Community service week begins Sept 20th
  • New Member Informational Sept 11th at 11:30 a.m. in the Brown Ballroom.
  • All Greek Sisterhood Capture the Flag need afew women from each chapter for teams on quad. T-Shirts were presented to the chapters. You will be given a paragraph to read to your chapter about the All Greek Sisterhood, please share this with your chapter it will have all of the times and information you will need. 1st place will receive bags and the 1st and 2nd place winners will receive sunglasses. If a member of your chapter wants a t-shirt but is not participating they order one for $10. Please send a list of your women’s name, t-shirt size, phone number and email address.
  • Website: IlstuPA.com this is a really great resource, it will have information for your chapter, links and profiles for each chapter, bylaws, standing rules, and minutes will be included. Also the pictures of the shirts for the All Greek Sisterhood will be on the website.
  • Every chapter needs to turn a submission for Greek Goddess on the website by September 7th.

  • Greek Yearbook: Chapters should have received information regarding this, we will be going to Redbird Arena on September 11th after the new member informational and will take the All Panhellenic Picture at 12:45 p.m. after that they will be going to chapters. Attached will be a list of the chapters and their times.

  • House Inspections Reminder this Sunday! Houses need to be fully prepped for Recruitment!
  • Reveal: This will be different this year, there will be a time for reveal during Bid Night that competitive chanting will not be allowed! Please be respectful of other chapters and the Recruitment Counselors returning to their chapters, there will be more information for this on Bid Night.

  • Jemi Puno of Delta Phi Lambda and the members of CERES and Delta Phi Lambda request permission from the Panhellenic Association chapters to suspend Formal Recruitment Rule #10 which reads, "There shall be no contact by any chapter member or alumnae to any potential new member between the end of the spring sememster to the completion of Formal Recruitment," for the purposes of participating in Festival ISU on Thursday Septemeber 2nd, chalking the quad and distribution of flyers to students beginning Wednesday September 1st. Laura Bott seconded that motion. Regan Troutman Alpha Gamma Delta moved to vote on Delta Phi Lambda and CERES participating in Festival ISU. Jamie Hegranes Alpha Delta Pi seconded.Motion Passed. Melissa Mickelson Zeta Tau Alpha moved to approve CERES and Delta Phi lambda passing out flyers. Laura Bott seconded. Motion Passed. Laura Bott moved to approve CERES and Delta Phi Lambda being able to chalk the quad, Jamie seconded. Motion Passed.
