·  Appointed by the Federal Trade Commission to be the Hold Separate Monitor for Anchor Glass in Tampa, FL, during the acquisition of Saint-Gobain Containers, Inc. by the Ardagh Group, S.A. (Docket No. D-9356)

·  Advised the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation on the cash flow and pension funding risks inherent in the glass container industry.

·  Advisor to USGlass, Inc., Parkersburg, WV, and the West Virginia Job Investment Trust, Charleston, WV, on the potential restart of an idle art glass factory in Williamstown, WV.

·  Board Director with the American Red Cross of Northwest Ohio, Toledo, OH.

·  Facilitator for the Provost at Bowling Green State University in the strategic planning cycle for 2014-2017.

·  Advised the Dean of Graduate Studies at Bowling Green State University on the licensing and commercialization strategy for three patents jointly owned by the University and a Professor.
