New Paltz Clean Water/Open Space Bond Campaign Schedule (3 pages)

The purpose of the campaign is to inform voters about New Paltz’s Clean Water/Open Space Bond so they enter the voting booth prepared to VOTE YES.

Our campaign strategy is to spend August and September preparing for Mid-October launch of campaign, with all print materials ready for distribution by Oct 1st and Campaign Committee in place in September to provide visible community support for bond. Once campaign is launched, sustained activity will be necessary for three week period between mid-October to Election Day. Publicity should be held until mid-October to coincide with direct mail.

The campaign relies on direct mail and grassroots outreach (Campaign Committee, leafleting and phonebanking)

We are planning two weeks of paid advertising in the NP Times.
