Dear Supporter of the South Region Florida Nurses Association,
Florida Nurses Association South Region has started planning for the organizations 4th Annual Symposium and Award Ceremony. This event, which honors nurses of distinction in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Monroe Counties, is well attended. We anticipate 250-300 nurse attendees from a wide array of Nursing specialties and disciplines. The event will be at the Signature Grand in Davie Florida on Saturday April 26, 2014 from 8am- 2pm. Event location is at 6900 State Road 84, Davie FL 33317. VENDOR DISPLAY IS: 8-9am & 11:30- 12:30pm in a DEDICATED room where the breakfast and coffee will be placed for high traffic and visibility. Unlike the 2011, 2012, &2013 event, poster displays will be moved to a separate room. This will afford the vendors and exhibits with non-competing space and vocal/ auditory access with the nurse participants. Set-up time is 7-8am.
The South Region Florida Nurses Association offers several levels of participation and contribution, which will afford the organization with the opportunity to showcase goods and services. New this year as well is a loyalty program. As a past vendor, there is a $100 discount. The most notable level of exposure and exhibit is the Gold Level Sponsorship. Gold Level Program Sponsorship:
At this contribution level of $2,500.00, this sponsorship affords the university:

Silver Level Program Sponsorship:
At this contribution level of $1,000, this sponsorship affords the university:

Vendor- Exhibit Area:
The South Region has made available an area designated for individual, corporate and organizational exhibits (vendors). This area houses the coffee break/ beverage station with muffins in the morning, insuring access to attendees.
For a nominal fee of $250.00 (+optional per lunch $45):

10- Seat Table Purchase:
Program and lunch attendance with a seating of 10 per table is designed for organizations planning on participation levels of 10 guests or greater. Registration and lunch included are offered at a reduced rate of $375 a table; this offers a $75 savings for the group of 10. Individual seats are priced at $45 each.

In these hectic times, whereby expenses must be offset by revenue with value added purchasing to yield results assuredly; this opportunity will reach a multitude of Professional Nurses.
