Check-list for additional documents

☐Study / research plan (max 2 A4 pages with the detailed description of the planned courses to be passed or the independent work to be performed by months/ weeks/days);
☐Confirmation letter from Estonian HEI regarding the admittance and study period of the student or submission of the admission documents (Please contact the International Relations Department/Unit or Foreign Students Department/Unit of the HEI directly);
☐Explanation of Estonian institution why they are interested in the applicant;
☐Copy of passport or ID-card;
☐Certificate of foreign university on the study results;
☐Certificate of foreign university on the studies of the student which should include information on the study level, academic year and nominal duration of studies of the student;
All the documents must be written in or translated into English/Estonian. Documents must be typed and handwritten documents will not be accepted. Application documents will not be returned. Any incomplete applications or applications submitted after the deadline cannot be taken into consideration. Please fill in details as clearly as possible.
Applications must be submitted in two ways: through the Foundation webpage and by post. DOCUMENTS MUST BE submitted in both ways.
- The application form with all required documents must be filled in, printed out and scanned in ONE (1) file. Documents must be submitted in one (1) pdf or jpeg file. All documents must be submitted through the following webpage:
- Signed application form with original letter of recommendation must be sent by post directly to the Foundation (address: Archimedes Foundation, Estonian national scholarship programme, Koidula 13a, 10125 Tallinn, Estonia).
The signed application will be forwarded by mail at the latest on the 7 th day after the deadline (stamp of mailing).
