Course Development
Custom course development is offered to HCCS clients who purchase one of hccs' existing off-the-shelf products above.
Generally, these types of customization will be estimated based on a price of $170.00 per hour (most customizations can be handled expeditiously), or on a per-project basis.
1b. Identification of the lowest priced model number and lowest unit price for that model for each special item number awarded in the contract. This price is the Government price based on a unit of one, exclusive of any quantity/dollar volume, prompt payment, or any other concession affecting price. Those contracts that have unit prices based on the geographic location of the customer, should show the range of the lowest price, and cite the areas to which the prices apply:
HCCS is offering the Federal Government a 15% basic discount from its commercial price list dated as of December 2005 for all courseware listed under MOBIS SIN 874-4: Instructor Led Training; Web Based Training and Education Courses; Course Development and Test Administration. Custom course development is offered to HCCS clients who purchase one of HCCS’ existing off the shelf products at the rate of $170.00 per hour.
The BASIC DISCOUNT applies across the board at all user ranges: 2001-3500, 3501-5000, 5001-10,000 for the following groups of courseware:
