Consignment Policy

Bella Casa Interiors prices merchandise based on supply and demand. When you bring your items in to consign them, we select what our customers want to buy. Sometimes there will be items we cannot sell. Please understand that customer preference must be the criteria for our selection guidelines.

Consignors receive 50% of the selling price.

Your items will be sold at our agreed upon price for a period of 90 days. After 90 days we may discount the price by at least 15% at our discretion and you will be paid 30% of selling price, or you may:

l pick up your merchandise ______

l ask us to donate it to charity for you

Checks are issued on the 10th of each month. A $1.00 fee for check writing and mailing will be applied to your payment. Checks will only be issued for commissionable amounts of $20 or more. If your total is less than the $20 we will hold payment until your total reaches this amount.

If you would like to retrieve any unsold items, please do so as soon as the agreement period of 90 days is over. If unsold items are not retrieved after 6 months, they become the property of Bella Casa Interiors and will be donated to a charitable organization.

Furniture Policy

When you consign furniture at Bella Casa Interiors keep in mind sales associates are unable to assist you in moving your items in and out of the store.
