Application for Admission to a Professional Program
You must have accumulated a minimum of 48 credits and have a CGPA of 2.50 or higher to apply for a professional program. Completion of this admission form is the first step in the process of applying for a professional program. Additional information is available in ED 201 Introduction to Teaching and Foundations of Education.
A copy of this form must be submitted to the Education Office.
