Frequently Asked Question on the Error Log Review
Your file will be picked up in our automated process each night. Our process will place an error log in the "out" folder of your assigned SFTP location. This error log will need to be reviewed by the customer and corrections will need to be made on the following day's upload.
Error – This header row column is invalid
Description –This error is caused when the header row values have been changed or removed

Description – This error is caused when there exists a connectED account already created with the same e-mail. This is usually do to a user self-registering

Description – This error occurs when the school name and/or zip code as entered in the BUIP file does not match the school name in ConnectED

Description – This error is caused by an invalid value for the "FIRST_NAME" column, but can also occur in other columns when an invalid value is entered.

Error – A value is required
Description – This error is caused when there is a cell in the file that requires a value, but does not have one. This can range from first or last names, emails, passwords, usernames etc.

Description – This error occurs when all seats for the listed master code have been assigned.

Description – This error is caused when multiple accounts on ConnectED have the same "Student ID" value.

Description – This is typically a cascading error caused when the referenced TEACHER row has an error. It can also be caused when the class name or class grade in the student row does not match the class name or class grade in the associated teacher row.
