#160 - Based on the "Date of First Publication, Sale, or Public Use" provided in the invention record, invention rights will be barred on the due date. Filing of a patent application will extend the protection of the rights. / In order to clear notification 160- please create a patent record and report a patent application. If you do not report a patent application, the invention status will be set to barred one year after the “Date of First Publication, Sale, or Public Use" has been entered.

#180 - NIH policy requires sharing of unique research resources. The grantee must consider provisions in licenses that support this policy. The referenced document, "NIH Principles and Guidelines for Sharing of Biomedical Research Resources Final", provides excellent guidance. Acceptance is required to maintain the status as "Licensed as a Biological Material or Research Tool" of this EIR. / In order to clear notification 180, please go to the invention record, confirm the invention status as “Licensed as a Biological Material or Research Tool". If you want to accept the terms please select the “submit” button once and it will provide the acceptance statement. Please select the “submit” button again to accept and save changes to the invention record.
