14 Days Notice: / ·  Can be given if your lease has not expired. This notice can be given up to and including the last day of the fixed term.
21 Days Notice: / ·  Can be given if your lease has expired.
Lease Break: / ·  It is agreed upon by signing this form that in the event of a lease break a break lease fee of;
§  Paying rent to the expiry of the agreement or the date the agent is successful in reletting the premises (whichever occurs first)
§  Pay the owners letting fee as per the Residential Tenancy Act.
§  Reimburse the owner for advertising expenses in respect to reletting the property.
