Please note that the tournament will be staged as a pre-season event with the age groups based on the season 2017/ 2018 and will play under normal league rules.
All u7 – u9 participants will receive a trophy on the day.
Every age group will compete for Winner’s Cup and Runners up Shield.
Mini soccer: £25 per team
9v9: £30 per team

Under 8’s/ 10’s/ 12’s Sunday 27th August
Registration 9.00am. Kick off 9.30am.
Under 7/ 8’s- 5 a side.
Under 9/ 10’s – 7 a side.
Under 11/12s -9 aside
Please return this form completed to either the above address or email, along with a cheque payable to Scawthorpe Scorpions JFC by 1st July. If you wish to pay by bank transfer please contact us for details. Teams will be accepted on a strictly first come first served basis with NO team fully accepted into our tournament until the entry form and fee has been received. Due to popularity we recommend you book early to avoid any disappointment. We will acknowledge your acceptance via email. This is a non-returnable entry fee in the event of a team withdrawing for any reason. Teams whose application is unsuccessful will have their entry fee returned/refunded.
