I, COUNCILLOR PETER CONNOR, Lead Member for Housing Services, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section F 6 (a) (iv) (1) and J (a) (iii) of the Scheme of Delegation of the Council

do hereby approve:

the acceptance of the tender amounting to £51,000 for the purchase of the surplus property, 3 Pemberton Street, Little Hulton.

the reason for this decision is: - to implement the review of the management of acquired dwellings and the Lead Member approval of 16th March 2001 to dispose of these houses.
