In accordance with the provisions of Organic law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal details you have provided by completing this form will become part of an automatic file, duly registered at the Spanish Data Protection Agency, that belongs to the SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA CATHEDRAL, Tax
Identification Number R 15.000.20 A and whose registered address is Rúa do Villar, nº 1 - 1º, 15705 - Santiago de Compostela (A Coruña). They will only be used for managing the hospitalero services required.
Likewise, we wish to inform you that the Pilgrim Reception Office is in charge of processing these details and attending your request to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition. If you do not agree with such processing, you can exercise the said rights by writing to the Pilgrim Reception Office - Oficina de Acogida al Peregrino – Catedral de Santiago de Compostela (Rúa do Vilar, 3. CP: 15704) in Santiago de Compostela. The application must include the name, surname and signature of the applicant, a photocopy of their Spanish National Identity Card or identity document in lieu of this, as well as the contents of the request being made.
The details we request will be used for making contact between the voluntary hospitaleros and the ACC hostels. They will not be made available to third parties for any other purpose than for the volunteering you are interested in providing. Completing the index card does not commit ACC to admit you as a voluntary hospitalero nor to respect your preferences regarding dates or destinations; our proposals will always be determined by the possibilities of the hostels and the services required.
