3. EXECUTION.
A. Supply
1) Class I
a) 232nd CSB and 345th CSB to submit DA Form 5913-R to 33D ASG, Attn: Subsistence Officer. Forecast due NLT 15 Dec 00. This includes all subordinate and attached units and detachments. Travel meals to and from AT site is units responsibility.
b) Cook and KP requirements – TBD.
c) All supported units will subsist in consolidated, contractor operated dining facilities when stationed at the ISB.
d) Ration cycle for all elements operating in the ISB is A-M-A.
e) 345th CSB determines ration cycle in the LSA.
f) 232nd CSB will draw MRE’s for ISB operations and initial basic load for Phase III operations. 345th CSB will support class I draw minus initial basic load for phase III, and Phase IV.
g) Draw cycle - TBP
h) 345th CSB will be self sustaining in Phase III.
i) Phase IV subsistence requirements - TBP
j) Hours of operation for ISB – TBP.
k) Emergency support requirements are to be requested through Contracting Officer, Support Operations, 33D ASG.
l) Re-supply to 45th eSB in phase III is throughput distribution.
m) Re-supply to LSA & ISB is Supply Point Distribution.
n) Per 45th eSB S-4 ration cycle for 45th eSB in phase III is M-M-M.
2) Class II
a) Each Unit will secure their class II from home-station.
b) Emergency purchases will be requested through Support Operations Officer 33D ASG.
c) Emergency OCIE will be requested through Support Operations Officer 33D ASG.
d) Maps will be requested from Security Plans & Operations (SPO), 33D ASG NLT 15 Dec 00.
e) Re-supply is based on METT-T.
3) Class III
a) JP8 will be the primary fuel.
b) Fuel forecasts to include aviation are due to the 33D ASG CL III Officer NLT 15 Dec 00 on the following format..

c) Re-supply requirements – TBP.
d) Spill kits are required. SOP for emergencies must be published and rehearsed. All bulk fuel tankers are required to have two (2) spill kits. Each fuel handling unit will provide visquine and sand bags to establish a containment area for spills.
e) Maximum use of safety signs involving refuel operations is mandated.
f) 232nd CSB will provide Class III bulk support in the ISB
345th CSB will provide Class III bulk support in the LSA
g) Units will deploy from Home Station with 17 days of supply (DOS).
h) 345th CSB will perform re-supply in Phase III to 45th eSB by Unit Distribution.
i) Aviation units vicinity competitive zone will coordinate their own re-supply.
4) Class IV
a) 232nd CSB is responsible for establishing class IV Yard in the ISB and establish unit basic load (UBL).
b) 345th CSB is responsible for establishing class IV Collection Point in the maneuver area.
c) Re-supply in phase III is Throughput Distribution.
d) Transportation – priority of re-supply will be by air.
e) 232nd CSB will assist JSTF in preparing Combat Configured Loads.
5) Class V
a) 232nd CSB to establish Ammunition Supply Point (ASP) at the ISB.
b) 232nd CSB will assist JSTF in preparing Combat Configured Loads.
c) Re-supply in phase III to 45th eSB is Throughput Distribution.
d) 345th CSB will establish ASP NLT 10 May 01.
e) 232nd CSB establishes ASP NLT 3 May 01.
6) Class VI
a) Sundry Packs will be issued if available to Medical Hold and Emergency Leave personnel.
b) Emergency personal demand items may be requested through 33D ASG.
7) Class VII
a) Requests for rental of light sets will be sent to the 33D ASG.
b) Requests for equipment loans (FORSCOM 156R) due to 33D ASG Support Operations date 15 Dec 00.
c) Units will deploy with required MTOE equipment and with all required components.
8) Class VIII
a) N/A
9) Class IX
a) 345th CSB establishes and maintains communication links with the ISB in support of STAMIS systems.
b) Class IX requests will be submitted to 33D ASG Support Operations.
c) All units will deploy with 100% PLL, shop stock, and bench stock.
d) Controlled exchange will be authorized by 33D ASG – Maintenance Branch.
e) 232nd CSB & 345th CSB ASL IAW MOA.
f) Units will deploy with all STAMIS.
10) Class X
a) N/A
B. Environmental
1) 232nd will write a spill contingency plan for the ISB NLT D-60..
2) 345th CSB will write a spill contingency plan for the LSA NLT D-60.
C. Field Services
1) 232nd CSB will provide Field Services; Services, Laundry, bath, and Clothing Renovation (SLCR); and Light Textile Repair will be provided by in the ISB.
2) 345th CSB will provide Field Services; Services, Laundry, bath, and Clothing Renovation (SLCR); and Light Textile Repair will be provided by in the LSA.
3) Mortuary affairs: Will be coordinated through Support Operations, 33D ASG.
4) Water purification: 345th CSB will provide in the LSA.
5) Installation service. Chemical latrine requirements for the ISB/LSA/ and Garrison will be submitted to 33d ASG NLT 15 Dec 00.
6) Trash is a unit responsibility. Trash must be back-hauled from the field environment on a daily basis. Only authorized dumpsters will be utilized.
D. Maintenance.
1) 232nd CSB will provide organizational & DS maintenance for all units passing through the (ISB).
2) 345th CSB will provide direct support maintenance for all units located in the LSA.
3) On Order (O/O) 345th CSB provide backup DS to 45th eSB.
4 SERVICE SUPPORT. No change to OPORD 00-01
5 COMMAND AND SIGNAL. No change to OPORD 00-01
