If you ask at the reception they will direct you to the main room. Signage will be around the building.

Will overnight accommodation be provided?

Accommodation is provided for the night before the event only if you have specified upon registering for the event that it is a requirement.

Are meals and refreshments provided?

Yes.

5:30pm

Do I need to bring anything with me?

No. Unless you have been provided with night before accommodation, then please bring items required for this.

What should I do if I have a problem?

Before the event please email you have any questions whilst you are at the event please speak to a member of NUS staff.

Refreshments are included. If you purchase additional items these should be paid for individually.

Emergencies

Please contact the venue if you have a medical emergency whilst on site. The NUS Event Manager will be available if required. Please familarise yourself with the emergency evacuation procedures throughout the venue.
