3 PRICE
3.1 Cost
3.1.1 Cost Per Participant / Year
3.1.1.1 Please provide the annual cost per participant. The cost per participant must incorporate all of the following responsibilities. Managing the Leadership Matters program including:
- Project Management of the program
- Facilitate all communications between [Insert Your Company] and the coaches
- Introduce and discuss the coaching program and expectations to each of the Participants in the Leadership Matter Sessions facilitated at [Insert Your Company]
- Match the coach to the and Participant based on Participant Questionnaire
- Ensure all coaches adhere to their outlined schedule
- Provide monthly status reports to [Insert Name], which include but not limited to the following information: (1) Completed matches (2) Scheduled meetings, (3) Fixing any scheduling challenges between the coaches and the Participants
- Evaluation Summary at the end of each calendar year
- Facilitating coach changes if a relationship between a participant and coach do not work
- 2 weeks prior to program – 15 minute call to establish expectations and “fit”
- Participants attend Module 1 [Month/Month/Month]
- 2 – 4 weeks post module 1 – 90 minute face to face session to debrief on the participant 360
