Your company has allowed us the opportunity to present this special program to you. This program may provide you with access to reduced equipment pricing, special airtime plans and an easy method to place orders. You may be eligible to purchase a pager and service with a combined 30% discount off standard retail prices.

Please follow the instructions below when completing your order.

1.  Please complete each box on the order form below. It is important that you complete all fields on the form, as we will be unable to process your order without this information.

2.  Verizon Wireless Paging Solutions requires you to pay for your pager and one month of service up front. You may pay this by providing your credit card, or checking account information. Once you’ve completed your order and provided a payment method, we will charge your credit card or process the payment from your checking account.

3.  After completion of the form you can fax it to (888) 234-0025.You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, which will show that your pager has been shipped and the tracking number for your order. If you do not receive your confirmation please call (888) 247-7890.

4.  Our pager exchange program is an optional program for eligible pagers, including the Sun Telecom Z400, Unication Alpha Elite and Unication Alpha.

If you experience an electronic malfunction with your pager, you can purchase a like unit from Verizon Wireless Paging Solutions for $9.95 as long as your pager model is not discontinued or obsolete, and as long as you return your original pager intact with all applicable components (clip/holster, charger, battery, etc.).

Pagers subjected to neglect, misuse, water damage, and the like are not eligible for any return or exchange program. This program does not cover lost or stolen pagers. These policies do not limit or supersede any existing manufacturers' warranties. The pager exchange program is separate and different from the pager replacement program which is explained below.

Pager Replacement Program (PRP) is an optional program to protect a customer’s pager against theft, loss, or damage beyond repair. This service allows the customer to purchase/ replace the pager at a reduced rate.

With two-way service you can send and receive emails as well as send two-way text messages to anyone with a two-way pager on our system.

Once you’ve completed your order and provided a payment method, we will charge your credit card or checking account the cost of the equipment you selected plus 1 month of paging service including voicemail (if selected).

Billing / Billing and website information / Your account will be set up on quarterly billing. This means you will receive an invoice every three months unless your bill becomes past due or when changes that incur charges, are billed to your account. You would then receive a bill the following month. Late fees are assessed for all balances not paid by the due date.
To help prevent any late fees from occurring you may set up on our Automatic Payment Plan. This service allows you to have your quarterly payments automatically withdrawn from your bank account or a credit card. Please visit our website at www.verizonmessaging.com/APP to register electronically.

With the click of a mouse, you have the ability to access and manage your paging account anytime you want with My Paging Account. You can View and print your billing statements online, make a payment using a credit card or auto draft from your checking account, update your account information, order a new or replacement pager on your account and more!
Contract / Contract Information / *New sales require a minimum of a 1 year contract. All pagers will be shipped in a break the seal bag along with a separate 1 or 2 year contract. By breaking the seal on the bag it acknowledges that you accept the terms and conditions of the enclosed customer agreement. There is an early termination fee of $25 for all 1-way pagers (numeric and text) and a $75 early termination fee for all 2-way pagers. All pagers come with a 30 day return policy. You may return or exchange any or all of your paging equipment for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You must return the equipment intact with all components in like-new condition. At our discretion, we may decline your return or exchange, or charge you a fee, if you do not return all items or if items you return are damaged or require service.
